These Terms of service apply when you visit or purchase from Zero Follicles Given (ZFG) through zerofg.store (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Store use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, transmit malicious code, scrape or access it by unauthorized automated means, or use the Services to violate another person’s rights.
Products and orders
We try to present product descriptions, colors, images and prices accurately, but display colors and other details can vary by device. Products, pricing and availability may change. We may correct errors and may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or unlawful activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate checkout and account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Shipping, returns and refunds
We currently ship only within the United States. Every ZFG shirt is printed after you order. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for current details.
Because every shirt is printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, a different color, or a change of mind. We review damaged shirts, printing problems, and wrong items when you contact us with your order number and clear photos. Any return requires prior approval, with shipping arrangements confirmed in advance. See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The site and its original text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to ZFG and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where the law permits.
Third-party services and links
The Services are hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment or other service providers. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Shopify may also process information to provide the platform and related services.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and site content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that may lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZFG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
