We print every order after you buy. Checkout shows the shipping choices and delivery date for your address.
How is my order made?
We print every ZFG order to order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. It isn’t pulled from a stack of preprinted stock.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free U.S. standard shipping applies to orders of $75 or more. Under $75, you’ll see the available rates at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Checkout confirms whether shipping is available for your address.
When will my order arrive?
Every ZFG order is printed after you buy. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email support@zerofg.store with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll review the request, but we can’t guarantee an address change after you order.
