What do you print on?
Each product page lists the exact item, fabric, and sizes. We add new styles over time. Use the listing you are buying—not this FAQ.
How is an order made?
We print your shirt after you order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Wash it cold and inside out, then tumble low or hang dry.
How does shipping work?
Every ZFG shirt is printed after you order. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Need help with an order?
Every shirt is printed to order, so we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind. Doesn’t fit? You can swap it once for a different size within 30 days of delivery (unworn and unwashed; you cover return shipping, we ship the new size free). Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Email support@zerofg.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.
